No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Systemapic LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Due to the nature of consulting, automation, implementation, and development services — where time, resources, and expertise are allocated immediately — no refunds will be issued for services rendered, partially rendered, delayed, or scheduled.

No guarantees of outcomes, results, revenue, or performance are provided, and lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
